Ethics & training
Coaching rests on trust. Here is the framework I work in — so you know exactly where you stand.
Confidentiality
Everything said between us stays between us. No exception. Neither your professional circle, nor your partners, nor your board will have access to what is said in our sessions — even if the company pays for the coaching.
My stance
I am neither a consultant nor an adviser. I will not tell you what to do. My work is to create the conditions for you to see more clearly and decide for yourself. The decisions are always yours.
Coaching is a working space, not a promise of magic results. What you take from it depends on what you put into it.
Training
Trained in the fundamentals of coaching at International Mozaik, a school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As an ICF member, I follow its code of ethics: confidentiality, integrity, respect for the client and their autonomy.
I work with several coaches myself, and with regular supervision — because you cannot take others further than you have gone yourself.
The first call
Everything starts with a 20-minute call, with no commitment. It is there to check that a working relationship is possible and that it brings something. If it doesn't — on your side or mine — we will simply say so.
The practical framework
A contract is drawn up before the second session. The terms are defined and agreed before we start. Either side can end the relationship at any time.
